Mash Catering operate two Invercargill cafes The Grille and Meccaspresso. They also manage all conference and event catering at Transport World. MASH Catering take serious pride in the standard of their food and beverage service. Mat Jackson has worked all over the world and throughout Southland for a number of years. No event is a problem as he has been involved in conferences, events and weddings right through to festivals, music awards and celebrity weddings. Famous clients have included Elton John, The Rolling Stones and Paul McCartney to name a few.
