COVID-19 update: Life in Level 2

We’re back in business!

With the move into Level 2 at 11.59pm today, Bill Richardson Transport World is able to reopen the doors to our world-class collection – and we can’t wait to welcome you once more.

Our team will be working behind-the-scenes to get ready for your arrival, so please bear with us as we open a little later than usual – 12pm – on Wednesday 8 September 2021.

The safety of our guests is paramount, and we will be adhering to Government guidelines under Level 2 including:

• Ensuring all guests sign in using either the COVID-19 contact tracing app, or the manual sign-in register, upon arrival to our museum. This is a mandatory requirement and Bill Richardson Transport World reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who choose not to comply with this measure
• Ensuring guests maintain physical distancing of two metres from other people, except friends or family, when visiting our collection
• Masks are mandatory. Employees who interact with customers will continue to use face masks indoors
• Some communal spaces including our LEGO room and photo opportunities will not be accessible
